Halloween 2023 Exceptions
For orders placed between Aug 1st and October 31st, 2023:
- No returns or exchanges will be permitted after October 19, 2023, for Halloween costumes, Halloween decorations, costume accessories, and Halloween party supplies.
- Costumes must be exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date.
Standard Online Return Policy
At Costumes Online, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.
- Items must be new, unused, unworn, and in unopened original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the full purchase price, excluding a 10% restocking fee for returns. There's no restocking fee for exchanges.
Eligibility & Conditions:
- Returns should be initiated within 30 days from the order date.
- All returns must be approved by our team or our automated return system.
- A 18% restocking fee applies to items returned for a refund.
- Returns should include the packing slip generated from the return process.
- Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
- Refunds will cover the item's cost minus the 18% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Please ensure your returns meet our conditions. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply.
